Account Manager / Client Advisor – Italy

We are looking for an Account Manager / Client Advisor to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, operating in line with the company’s objectives.

The role requires great execution, obsession with quality, great curiosity and willingness to learn something new every single day.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand clients’ business needs and goals and to support them in reaching their objective
  • Have clear in mind our sales goals and therefore develop the revenue potential of each client
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Guarantee that quality, times and budget are respected
  • Develop cross business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

 

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Strategist, Client Advisor or relevant role
  • Interest or experience in the retail field
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with ERP software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel trends, digital marketing solutions and funnel marketing
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong organization and problem-solving attitudes and skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • English is mandatory, French is a plus
