Shell Oils. Mostly for the UK Market, but reaching Global influence over time. The currently described ‘pillars’ of the account are: Fuel, Deli, Payment, Loyalty, Coffee,

Facilities, Lubes, Non Petrol, Corporate Internal Comms.

Your Role & Purpose…

Assist the Group Creative Director (GCD) in the successful of delivery of creative strategy, delivery and leadership across a given breadth of a key account.

Your Primary Role Responsibilities…

Shadow the Group Creative Director in order to service, develop & grow the creative direction needs of a particular key account. This is the most critical responsibility, in order to gain necessary GCD trust for handover of their CD responsibilities of the key account, in part (DCD – this role) within the probationary period, and over longer term in full. (Promotion to CD role)

Engage with planned workload to deliver appropriate and successful design responses that meet the needs of the client’s brief, as translated and influenced by the stakeholders. Successful = on time, on budget, and internally approved, with satisfied stakeholders.

Direct and steer creatives, art workers, developers and stakeholders for design and conceptual solutions on shopper marketing and brand development, within the key account, (and occasionally extending to other accounts), through all stages of a project / campaign

Deliver creative solutions in a hands-on context, where required

Your Secondary Responsibilities…

Check in with the Resources Director at regular intervals in order to document your progress of delivery of the primary responsibilities

Provide simple estimates to activities (in time)

Understanding and complied use of our digital tools and infrastructure, in the context of your role, as advised / trained by your line manager.

Your Performance Review Duties…

Gather constructive feedback from stakeholders and colleagues on things you have done well, and things that have opportunity to improve upon, using our reviewing system.

Pay close attention to your own review feedback and ensure to strive to complete and satisfactorily deliver the results of any actions / guidance / objectives from your line manager
