You’ll already have a minimum of three years in an agency planning role under your belt and be ready to take a step up
You’ll need the experience, energy and enthusiasm to use a range of skills from commercial to creative, analytical and activational
You’ll be practised at creating BTL strategies from scratch; mining myriad sources to move from insight identification to proposition creation, through to activation campaign development
Knowledgeable enough to have a point of view about thought leadership topics relevant to our industry and our clients
Media literate and digitally fluent
Confident presenting your strategy to senior clients and working peer to peer with Group Account Director level colleagues
Capable of collaborating in pitch teams
Keen to run your own accounts but also contribute to others
Ready to roll your sleeves up

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll report into the Head of Strategy & Planning whose team sits between Client Services and the Creative department
We perform a dual function; working with CS on commercial & marketing strategy and planning projects directly for clients plus working internally with Studio teams to aid and develop conceptual creative planning, development and build better briefs
We work at a fast pace and by the nature of our business, this role will be fluid and organic: the right person will have the opportunity to shape how it grows and develops over time.
Minimum 3 years agency planning experience: creative or media
Minimum degree educated
